{1}Inspection methods for metal and hardware stamping parts

1、Touch test

Wipe the surface of the outer cover with clean gauze.The inspector shall wear touch gloves and touch the metal stamping parts longitudinally close to the surface of metal stamping parts.This inspection method depends on the inspector's experience.If necessary,the detected suspicious area can be polished with oilstone and verified,but this method is a feasible inspection method with appropriate speed.

2、Oilstone grinding

1.First wipe the surface of the outer cover with clean gauze,and then polish the oilstone(20×twenty×100mm or larger),where there is an arc and where it is difficult to touch,grind with a relatively small oilstone(e.g.8)×100mm semicircular oilstone).

2.The choice of particle size of oilstone depends on the surface condition(such as roughness,galvanization,etc.).Fine grained oilstone is recommended.The grinding direction of oilstone is basically along the longitudinal direction,and well fits the surface of metal stamping parts.Some special places can also be supplemented with transverse grinding.

3、Grinding of flexible gauze

Wipe the surface of the outer cover with clean gauze.Use a flexible sand net to cling to the surface of metal stamping parts and grind it longitudinally to the whole surface.Any pitting and indentation will be easily found.

4、Oiling inspection

Wipe the surface of the outer cover with clean gauze.Then apply oil evenly along the same direction with a clean brush to the whole outer surface of metal stamping parts.Put the metal stamping parts coated with oil under strong light for inspection.It is recommended to erect the metal stamping parts on the vehicle body.With this method,it is easy to find tiny pits,hollows and ripples on metal stamping parts.

5、Visual inspection

Visual inspection is mainly used to find the abnormal appearance and macro defects of metal stamping parts.

6、Inspection tool

Put the metal metal stamping parts into the inspection tool,and test the metal metal stamping parts according to the operation requirements of the inspection tool manual.

{2}Existing problems of automobile stamping parts

Starting from the existing problems of low production clearance and stamping parts,it is difficult to optimize the production efficiency of the following automobile parts.

1.The production quality is difficult to meet the standard

The production quality is difficult to meet the standard,which restricts the improvement of vehicle quality.As we all know,in the automobile production industry,the requirements for the strength,stiffness and performance of aluminum alloy stamping parts are very strict.In the actual production process,automobile stamping parts often produce large bending springback and local thinning and cracking,which seriously affects the quality of the whole vehicle.

Secondly,if the manufacturer blindly deals with the problems arising in the commissioning process,it will inevitably increase the investment,and the result is to improve the cycle and cost of aluminum alloy stamping parts and die manufacturing.Therefore,optimizing stamping process and debugging are the key to solve the above problems,so as to achieve good production quality objectives.

2.Low efficiency of on-site commissioning

The impact of low efficiency of on-site commissioning is global.Generally speaking,the low efficiency of on-site debugging is mainly due to the fact that the staff did not solve the contradiction between cracking and wrinkling during the debugging of the drawing die,resulting in problems in the debugging process.Secondly,the staff need to analyze whether the workpiece is in a good stress state in the process of tensile debugging,and should correctly use the plastic deformation theory according to the specific state of the workpiece on this basis.However,because many staff can not meet this work requirement,the staff should analyze the specific problems and find solutions to this problem,and then achieve a good effect of mold debugging.

3.Clearance adjustment to be optimized

The existing problems in the debugging of automobile stamping parts are also reflected in the gap adjustment to be optimized.Generally speaking,the gap adjustment to be optimized mainly refers to that the gap cannot be controlled to a uniform state during one commissioning.Therefore,on this premise,the staff can only do a good job in the gap grinding and rectification according to the stress state,otherwise they can't do a good job in the mold commissioning.And in this process,because the size of aluminum alloy stamping parts has a certain tolerance range,the designer should carry out the necessary gap design correction.If the staff can solve the gap problems and confirm the smooth progress of the sheet drawing process,the wrinkling problem of the parts will be well controlled.
