[1]How to design the die structure is conducive to reducing the rebound of stainless steel metal stamping parts

Springback in the bending process of stainless steel metal stamping parts is a special problem that is not easy to solve in the production of bending parts.Springback will cause errors in the bending angle and size of stainless steel metal stamping parts.In order to reduce the springback of stainless steel metal stamping parts during bending processing,metal stamping parts manufacturers often do this when designing the structure of stainless steel metal stamping parts:

1.Make corresponding rebound compensation value in die structure design;

2.Concentrate the pressure and increase the deformation and compressive stress components;

3.Reasonable selection of die clearance and straight die;

4.Use elastic die or punch to bend and form.

Of course,there are many factors affecting the springback of metal stamping bending parts,such as the mechanical properties of materials,the relative bending radius of materials,the shape of bending parts,etc.,which are not introduced in detail here.

[2]Method for producing thick and high burr around aluminum alloy stamping parts

The collapse angle and inclination angle of the shear section are large,while the middle part is obviously concave.The burr is not only high,but also the section is triangular.It can not be removed without a file.This kind of aluminum alloy stamping parts are generally defective products.

Causes:(1)the gap is too large,(2)in multiple grinding,the verticality of the die decreases.For the full taper die,it is due to regrinding and out of tolerance.

terms of settlement

Narrow the gap:(1)simple shape and small volume can be reworked;(2)stamping small and thin products can be hardened by EDM;(3)Anneal the die,serve the edge carefully,and then carry out heat treatment and grinding,(4)surfacing and service carefully,(5)use the die backing plate when pressing the insert,and process it after pressing out the edge.
