The parts manager is responsible for monthly sampling inspection. And scrap in time

3. For accessories with warranty period requirements, special marks shall be marked on the warehouse location identification (black punctuation shall be marked on the accessory signboard) to attract the attention of the material collector

1. Strengthen the management of spare parts, establish and improve the storage accounts and cards of spare parts. Common vulnerable parts and emergency spare parts can be properly stored in the instrument workshop. The instrument workshop shall make a unified balance and allocation of all spare parts

2. The instrument workshop shall keep the replaced instruments and components in a centralized manner, and make full use of their residual value by means of repairing the old and recycling the waste, degrading the use, etc

3. The storage method and storage environment of instrument accessories meet the conditions provided by the manufacturer and are stored according to different types and characteristics of accessories

4. The spare parts in stock shall be subject to random inspection and test. They shall be in good condition during use, and the accounts, cards and materials shall be consistent

5. The statistics of instrument accessories shall be recorded in a special database, and shall be revised and updated in time according to the incoming and outgoing inventory accessories, and shall be counted and checked regularly

6. Carry out unified management and overall arrangement for the existing accessories of each device, exchange what is needed, and maintain a small inventory
